The triangle of harmony
Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress.
Open your arms to change but don’t let go of your values.
Living with integrity means behaving in ways that are in harmony with your personal values.
Values are like fingerprints. Nobodies are the same but you leave them all over everything you do.
When values, thoughts, feelings, and actions are in alignment, a person becomes focused and character is strengthened.
Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.
In a nutshell, the fountain of happiness can be found in how you behave, what you think, and what goals you set every day of your life.
You are not necessarily what you say. Behavior is a much better barometer of what you are than words. What you do in your present moments is the only indicator of what you are as a person.
Personal incongruency is what causes so much of our pain. Not being you will destroy you.
And the Law of Action says that it does not matter what we say we believe; our real beliefs are revealed by how we act.
Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.
Life is fullest when we are most true to ourselves.
Bad people...are in conflict with themselves; they desire one thing and will another, like the incontinent who choose harmful pleasures instead of what they themselves believe to be good.
